Alcohol and Drug Services (YTG) offers preventative and treatment services to individuals, families, groups and communities on issues of substance abuse.

Prevention Services offers in-services and presentations on a range of addiction prevention and education-related topics.

Detox provides a safe and supportive environment for those wishing to withdraw from alcohol or drug use. Open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.        Phone: 667-8473

Outpatient Treatment Services offers support for those in recovery though regular drop-in Tuesdays from 9-11 am and a Recovery Support Group on Wednesdays at 2:30-4 pm.         Phone: 667-5406

Inpatient Treatment is a month-long program for those who want to achieve abstinence from alcohol and drugs and need a structured environment to reach their goal.

Community Outreach Services works with all Yukon communities to help develop programs and/or community development plans to address substance use issue in the communities.                 Phone: 667-5406

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. Meetings are held in a variety of locations and communities in the Yukon. Check the website and local paper for meeting location details.

Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Society of Yukon (FASSY), works with individuals, families and communities in teaching ways to work/live with people who live with the effects of FAS/FAE. FASSY facilitates adult diagnosis in the Yukon.

Narcotics Anonymous (NarAnon) is an international organization and Tunnel of Light is the Yukon group. We are men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem and who meet regularly to share our experience, strength and hope and help each other stay clean. Meetings are on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. at 205 Rogers Street in the basement. Meetintgs are open for anyone who is interested in finding out more about addiction be they an addict or not.
